"I think I can see what's going on here, Lee. I think I can see why you're getting so upset today. I think it's because you've not eaten enough cake. Because, I eat cake every single day and I'm never unhappy, so I think that if you eat more cake, then you're gonna be a happier person, and there we go! [laugh] Dr. Stampy saved the day again! [laughs] I'm always able to prescribe the, uh, the right cure." |

Plot[]
The cake man in the tower & the sixth round of the egg-projectile painting-target mini-game[]
Stampy opens the episode, taking note of a creeper along the walkway in front of his balcony taking approach to him, a skeleton distantly within his first home, Ester on his balcony, and L for Leeeee x, who Stampy finds is in the music tower, to his confusion. Curious, Stampy follows him upwards, finding there to still be snow remaining on the second floor of the section of his house, and continuing to climb up the tower for an excuse to look over his world due to never visiting, Stampy finds L for Leeeeee x sitting in a boat on the edge, holding milk and looking wistfully over Stampy's town. He wonders if L for Leeeee x is mentally okay. L for Leeeee x decides to take the milk that he has and switch with a cake, Stampy instructing him to join in playing the balcony mini-game if he wishes to, and then to drop the cake down from above him to catch it.
Leaving L for Leeeee x behind, Stampy wonders what is happening with him, thinking he has been working him too hard. Positioning the cake and eating it, Stampy then returns into his bedroom to find L for Leeeee x already at the balcony of his bedroom, to his confusion, taking note that he doesn't have eggs in hand and requesting Ester to lay some, which she refuses. However, upon scaring her, Stampy eventually has an egg pop out for him, the circumstances surprising him. Before playing, however, Stampy sees a surprise appearance from Spring, deciding he should join in the video and starting the mini-game. In regards to the mini-game, Stampy explains the basic rule in that an egg is thrown at one of the various paintings spread around to dislodge it, and then he offers L for Leeeee x to make the first attempt. L for Leeeee x decides to target the red painting by the theatre, successfully hitting it, the two of them celebrating. Determined to copy him and accomplish the same, Stampy decides to target the yellow painting nearby the F1 car model, successfully hitting it as well, leaving behind a spare egg for him to use later.
After the mini-game, Stampy visits the Love Garden as he remarks on Spring's presence being convenient, as they had randomly disappeared from his doghouse, most returning and most being around his world in general, thinking they may be taking over his world. At the Love Garden, Stampy gives a shoutout to "Netty", whom is her sister, hosting a series entitled "The Sister Challenge" and joining him for it, which he finds to be nice. Additionally, she is also planning to create her own videos, deciding to link her channel in the description. Stampy then enters into his brewing room as he is making medicine in the hospital, requiring spider eyes, sugar, mushrooms, melon, which he will take from Melon Moments, a ghast tear, nether warts, and gunpowder.
Refining the zombie-curing room & brewing a potion to use to cure a zombie for the Caring Cat Clinic[]
Leaving his house to the Caring Cat Clinic, Stampy describes the general plan for the episode in that he will add final details to the building, and will then play a mini-game to determine the doctor of the month, which he remarks as dangerous due to the presence of cacti and a lava pit, being dubbed "Manic Medicine Mania". Sitting Spring down firstly, Stampy then enters into his zombie-curing lab, removing the temporary door present with the intention of replacing it with automatic doors. He explains the general concept of the room itself in that a zombie villager can be cured with a weakness potion and a golden apple. Setting down the mechanical door with glass as the main barrier. Stampy then connects a redstone trail leading to a lever in the corner of the room with redstone repeaters leading into the pistons, then requiring him to fill in the floor again. On his way to doing so, Stampy sees L for Leeeee x inside of the container for the zombies, and then fills in the floor fully after setting down redstone where the lever should be.
To demonstrate whether it works or not, Stampy enters into the medical lab to craft a lever, taking an opportunity to craft potions, instructing his viewers on how to create a potion. Firstly, the player must create an awkward bottle, filling up glass bottles with water and adding them into the brewing stand and brewing them with a nether wart in order to accomplish such, deciding to make the next step after setting down the lever for the zombie-curing room and testing the piston door, finding it to work. Returning back to the medical lab, Stampy then crafts a chest to fill with golden apples, crafting apples given to him by L for Leeeee x into such using gold nuggets with the intention of using them against the zombie villager. Stampy's potions then convert to awkward potions, and he uses a ghast tear to create a potion of regeneration.
Realising that he isn't wearing his lab coat, Stampy decides to do such upon seeing L for Leeeee x do the same, returning to the zombie-curing room to store away the golden apples he has, as well as finding his potions having been converted into potions of regeneration, storing them away as well, as well as the unnecessary potion ingredients that he has. Additionally, to create a potion of weakness, he starts by creating a fermented spider eye, gathering a spider eye, a mushroom, and sugar, additionally gathering extra bottles of water from the Jacuzzi in the Pretty Kitty. Checking the area for zombies and verifying none to be present, Stampy then returns back into the hospital to craft a fermented spider eye to brew with the water bottles that he has, only to end up inserting redstone instead. Storing away the rest of the ingredients, Stampy then gathers gunpowder to convert the potion to a splash potion.
As the potion brews, Stampy eventually realises that he had inserted redstone than the fermented spider eye, creating mundane potions and hoping to remedy the situation by replacing the redstone with the fermented spider eye to brew as intended. While the potion brews, Stampy decides to decorate the therapist's room across from the lab with paintings, spreading them around, before being interrupted by the sound of pistons in the zombie-curing lab next door being operated, investigating to find L for Leeeee x in a zombie skin with Spring. Stampy wonders if he is mentally okay still due to his strange actions, thinking he may have an identity crisis and allowing him to return to his normal skin, finding the potions he was brewing to have converted to potions of weakness.
Stampy offers L for Leeeee x to come into the therapist's room to discuss his issues. To start, he asks him how he is feeling, along with his childhood, only for him to be silent completely in regards to both, thinking he may have not eaten enough cake, and that he isn't actually unhappy due to himself eating enough, offering him to eat more. Re-entering the medical lab, Stampy then finds that he has successfully created splash potions of weakness and inserts them into the dispenser, advising Larry Love to stay clear due to being in their direct target, now prepared the appearance of a zombie villager.
Attempting to cure a zombie villager & Medicine Mania[]
Before moving on, Stampy firstly decides to check the Pick-A-Pet Pet Shop to find a zombie villager inside immediately, to his desperation, required to extract the zombie villager from the container before the game turns to day. Opening up the container, Stampy lures the zombie over to the zombie-curing room, determined to heal it, only to fail to capture it and end up causing it to kill him, instructing L for Leeeee x to trap him in the hospital, finding it lucky that he was able to find a zombie villager in the first place. Back inside, Stampy then instructs L for Leeeee x to lead it in front of the trajectory of the dispenser for the potions of weakness, and then ejects one onto it directly after and giving it a golden apple, anticipating it to convert eventually. While leaving, the two of them encounter a zombie attempting to break down the door to the hospital, of which he and L for Leeeee x both kill thereafter, and they then decide to play the Medicine Mania. He starts by instructing on how to play the mini-game, assuring that the mini-game is simple in that potions of healing or regeneration are brewed at the beginning to prevent receiving damage upon jumping across the cacti, and then a potion of fire resistance to swim across to then craft a swiftness potion and run through a long maze. Stampy asks L for Leeeee x if he has food, which he responds to by giving him a set of porkchops, and then gives a countdown to start the mini-game.
To start, Stampy rapidly fills up glass bottles with bottles of water and adds them to a brewing stand along with a nether wart to convert them into awkward potion, then deciding to use a glistening melon to convert the eventual awkward potions to potions of healing, which he does at a rapidly pace. Removing his armour in advance, Stampy monitors the progress made on brewing the potions, seeing himself to be just ahead, and then runs along the cacti as he is severely damaged, requiring him to repeatedly take the potions of healing. Having finished the first leg, Stampy encounters a creeper at the beginning of the second leg, promptly exploding and destroying the nearby necessary equipment for the race, scattering the items around and requiring him to rearrange them.
With L for Leeeee x also reaching the second leg, Stampy decides to continue regardless of L for Leeeee x having an advantage with his own items, and then proceeds to convert water bottles into awkward potions, which he converts to potions of fire resistance with magma cream, expecting to add gunpowder or glowstone to it. L for Leeeee x ends up converting his water bottles into potions of fire resistance first, allowing him to be in a position past Stampy as he follows just behind, a circumstance caused by the creeper. Crossing the lava pit, the two of them eventually reach the final stage of the mini-game, Stampy converting water bottles into awkward potions and converting them into swiftness potions, with he and L for Leeeee x both on the same level of progress, to his surprise. Stampy manages to take his swiftness potion just before L for Leeeee x, using a strategy of running and jumping to accomplish the goal, with L for Leeee x using the same method and causing them to be on the same level of progress yet again. However, due to crashing into a wall, L for Leeeee x exceeds past Stampy until he stops sprinting, allowing Stampy to then catch up and, evnetually, the two of them wrap around the surface of the mini-game for Stampy to eventually cross the finish line first.
Stampy remarks his disbelief over how close the two of them were in terms of progress, commending L for Leeeee x for his efforts and remarking the mini-game to have been fantastic. However, in regards to his zombie villager, upon re-entering to find him again, Stampy realises the zombie villager had despawned while playing, wondering if anyone is present. However, reluctantly, Stampy accepts that he and L for Leeeee x made too much distance from the zombie villager before it could convert, deciding that he should watch over the next zombie villager that he traps inside until it converts. Accepting that he was too lucky anyway, Stampy concludes this plan of his, and then ends the episode with the line "Uh, I wanna thank you all very much for watching, and we will see you all later. Byeeeeee!"
