"Right! This time, Hit The Target is not escaping, there's nowhere for him to go, if he tries to fly away, I am gonna shoot down his hot air balloon." |
— Stampy confidently declaring that he will defeat Hit The Target in a hot air balloon battle. |
"Fight In Flight" is the 212th episode of Stampy's Lovely World. In this episode, while continuing to build the Beat The Heat Fire Station with L for Leeeee x, Stampy issues himself in an aerial battle.
Plot[]
The eighth round of the fishing rod-based pressure plate-target mini-game[]
Stampy opens the episode, introducing L for Leeeee x, who runs back and forth around him and eventually into the painting to return with his sword. To verify if he is feeling good, Stampy requests him to look up while repeatedly crouching and spinning, which he does, telling him that he will have neck pain if he commits to the routine too often. Requesting his cake, Stampy tells L for Leeeee x to spin in a single circle for the cake to disappear, which he follows along with, though he spins around in two instead. Entering the balcony for the balcony mini-game, Stampy sees L for Leeeee x making the first attempt by targeting the yellow pressure plate, Stampy noticing a trend in which he choose the yellow pressure plate and he himself chooses the red pressure plate, and the two of them keep getting close but fail continuously. The two of them attempt their intended pressure plates, with Stampy falling just too short and L for Leeeeee x falling too far, wondering if he will ever complete the mini-game. Enacting a retry for the both of them, L for Leeeee x ends up landing too far to the side, and Stampy once again falls just short.
Moving on, Stampy visits the Love Garden, giving a shoutout to "Caleb Jameson" for a wall decorated in the style of Minecraft with himself and iBallisticSquid battling each other with a diamond sword, Stampy also associated with a cake, expressing his envy for the design, informing his viewers on how to enter into the Love Garden after in that his viewers have to give him a reason to do so, and the only rule is that they aren't allowed to ask. Visiting the doghouse, Stampy notices the absolute emptiness of the room, and decides to take Flippy with him, taking a dog hiding their collar in a wall that he presumes to be her, turning around as he leaves to confirm it is.
Building a fireman's room for the Beat The Heat Fire Station[]
Leaving the doghouse, Stampy explains that he is continuing to build his fire station, showing the additions that he has made to it since, finishing the roof, as well as paths leading in, which he will build later. Before doing so, however, he and L for Leeeee x firstly have to build the interior office for the firemen, which is begun via dividing the garage off with a wall, which will include the pole as well as an alarm system where someone in an emergency can press a button or pull a lever to send a signal over to alert the firemen in question to the rescue, an event such as a cat stuck in a tree. Building the interior with red wool, Stampy establishes the design a a blue wool floor, dividing the first room upon entry with a wall for a two-block wide room featuring a ladder to enter inside, considering adding a seat or a set of paintings as decoration, with the ladder leading to a second floor featuring an open room with the alarm system and pole.
The fourth block up after filling in the interior walls with red wool, Stampy starts to add the second floor of blue wool, with a white ceiling at the very top for a difference in colour, using red and blue to represent the lights of the sirens of an ambulance. Filling in the floor at the very end and mapping out the walls, Stampy judges the first hole for the ladder, only to realise that the room for the ladder is in the incorrect size, being one block too small, after which he will craft ladders and fences for the ladder and pole. Afterwards, he visits the crafting table outside to craft ladders and fences, leading the ladder up the wall and up to the second floor, setting up torches as he comments on the iron of the fire station being made out of wool, and the torches being made out of fire inside of somewhere with wool, though he finds the convenient location for a fire to be the fire station due to being where the firemen are. Leading himself over to the second room at the back through the garage, Stampy then maps out the walls with there being a hole for the redstone, allowing L for Leeeeee x to fill in the rest of the walls.
While L for Leeeee x does so, Stampy decides to build the pole itself, opening up a hole for the pole and leading a pole upwards, with there being space for the players to fit through from above, after which he builds one half of the pole on the lower floor and the other half of the pole on top, unable to build to the very top, though he goes along with the design, demonstrating the pole working by dropping down, a connecting door placed by L for Leeeee x. As a test of the pole with L for Leeeee x, Stampy sets up a fake fire with a torch on the fire station's main pavement, L for Leeeee x wearing a "fireman's helmet", represented by a gold helmet, with him giving one to Stampy, after which Stampy watches L for Leeeee x lead himself down from the pole and out of the second room from outside, L for Leeeee x then running outside and, eventually, putting out the fire, finding the situation to be comical. Deciding to take an opportunity for the pole, Stampy decides to enter into the fire station to also use the pole. Calling for a fire to be set up by L for Leeeee x, specifically pretending to create one, with Stampy emulating a fire alarm, dashing down and running outside to find Lovely Jubbley Flowers set on fire, which Stampy desperately puts out with the water bucket, with the last remaining part being put out with a fishing rod. With the path being partially broken, Stampy jokingly scolds L for Leeeee x for creating a hole in the path, and then remarks the situation to have been "terrifying".
An aerial interruption[]
Moving on, Stampy decides he should build the fire trucks themselves, with one being on the interior of the fire station and one being on the exterior, deciding he should build the interior fire truck first. Requiring black wool for the tires as a base, Stampy finds that he and L for Leeeee x lack the material, meaning that he has to return back to his house to gather it up in order to make the fire trucks. However, on his way over, Stampy mysteriously finds two dogs strewn about the trees by his house, wondering why they are present. Upon identifying one of the dogs as Sherbet, Stampy sees an entity high above him, identifying it as another hot air balloon in his world as he notices and kills a creeper, only remarking that his own looks pretty. However, after deducing the dogs of his being thrown around various locations, while also growling, along with the colour motif of red and black, he realises that Hit The Target has built a hot air balloon of his own.
With this, Stampy decides to "investigate" what is occurring in exact circumstances, dismissing the hostile mobs nearby until he sees a creeper in his farm, rapidly knocking it back as he kills it with his sword, surprising him at his power. Recalling his previous encounter, Stampy states that he knew he would return at a certain point, and that he needs to be ready, deciding he should take him out finally, deciding to fly up in his own hot air balloon and fight him in the sky to take him out. Inserting coal into the furnace for the hot air balloon, the hot air balloon rises up as he exclaims that he is terrified and that he predicted his eventual attack, wishing he could've decided not to attack at all. Arriving where the hot air balloon is, Stampy is unable to find Hit The Target himself, seeing a box down below hanging from the hot air balloon that he identifies as a cage with a dog that he realises is Barnaby.
As he looks back up again, Stampy sees Hit The Target himself, deducing him to have been trying to steal his dogs, determined for him to not escape, and that he will shoot his hot air balloon down if he attempts escape. The two of them equip bow and arrows and fight against one another with Stampy diverting the shots via the strings on his hot air balloon. Eventually, he is shot with an arrow, Stampy returning, only for Hit The Target to reveal a looping arrow dispenser, wondering why he has it in the first place. Telling him to stop shooting, Stampy decides the two of them settle their issues like gentleman with a gentleman's duel, something that he accepts. Hoping him to live up to the decision, Stampy instructs that the two of them build to the middle and have a duel on the bridge. Accepting the challenge, Stampy starts to build across with his red wool, with Hit The Target building across with netherrack.
Leading himself to the middle, Stampy tells Hit The Target to get down, and the two of them return to their hot air balloons as he instructs Hit The Target to dispose of his weapons and armour, telling Hit The Target to copy him, evening them out. However, due to Hit The Target still holding his bow, Stampy knocks him off immediately, causing him to fall down and end up getting caught by the Lunar Friends' UFO as he shoots another arrow up to Stampy, though missing him completely. As the vehicle flies off into space above, he identifies it as the UFO his Lunar Friends live in, questioning why they saved him in the first place as he gathers his weapons again, wondering if they are kidnapping or imprisoning him, additionally noting that he met them on the Moon. Calling the situation "crazy", Stampy remarks on the craziness of the situation, and decides to burn down his hot air balloon as well as save Barnaby.
Burning property & saving doggy[]
To start, Stampy sets fire down to the balloon of Hit The Target's vehicle with a sense of vigor, eventually spreading, finding out that the re are hostile mobs stored within the balloon itself, to his surprise. Now on a burning hot air balloon, Stampy jumps to save Barnaby, digging into the cave, assuring him that he is coming for him. Checking on if he is hurt, Stampy gives him steak, assuring him that he will save him. Only having one possible method to leave, Stampy decides to jump into the water below with Barnaby, arising to find a set of hostile mobs in the water, desperate to leave as he also sees another dog distantly.
Back on the land, Stampy wonders if the hostile mobs had been commanded by Hit The Target as they fell from the hot air balloon. Killing a spider, Stampy finds out the other dog is actually Duncan, and he goes to shoot the hostile mobs in the distance with his bow and arrow with enthusiasm, eventually taking out each of them with ease. Describing the situation as "dramatic," he reiterates that his dogs were on top of various locations due to Hit The Target flying around on his hot air balloon, and he questions his limit to his ideas for stealing his dogs. Assuring himself that his world is safe as well as his dogs, Stampy wonders why the aliens saved his enemy, ending the episode with the line "So I guess we're gonna find out in a future video, sadly, for now, though, uh, we have just about run out of time in this one. Uh, hopefully you all enjoyed it, and I will see you in my next episode. Whew! Byeeeeeee!"
