"...They look, kind of like a mixture of a zombie and a villager, so they're like a zombie, uh, but with a-with a slightly bigger head, I guess, and I can't... I can't see any 'round here, lots... lots of regular zombies, but! [laughs] None of the-the special fancy ones." |
— Stampy describing the appearance of zombie villagers and how he is unable to find any in his current situation. |
"Caring Cat" is the 194th episode of Stampy's Lovely World. In this episode, Stampy and L for Leeeee x finish building the Caring Cat Clinic.
Plot[]
The fifth round of the egg-projectile painting-target mini-game, an accurate replica & mysterious disappearances[]
Stampy opens the episode, noticing a zombie burning on top of one of his glowstone lamps for the Love Garden and seeing it die within the moment, ridiculing it during and after its death to a minor capacity, and then introducing L for Leeeee x, of whom repeatedly loops through the right and left door, to Stampy's confusion and eventually interrupting him by closing the right door on him. With the loop halted, Stampy comments him to be energised and ready to build, which he remarks is as he expects his helpers to be, especially his primary helper, considering said primary helper to be in said mood. On his chest, seeing Larry Love, Stampy remarks him to be nice to see. Watching his head tilt up and down as L for Leeeee jumps around, Stampy tells him to repeat his process again for clarity, finding it entertaining when he does so, comparing it to dancing to music. Inspired by this idea, Stampy decides to set up the "mellohi" music disc to play in coincidence.
Deciding to stop playing around with Larry Love, Stampy calls L for Leeeee x to give him his cake, which he gives by request, Stampy eating it fully, and then he decides to play with the egg-throwing mini-game for his balcony, explaining the general aim in that an egg is thrown to hit one of the paintings spread around the area on various signs. Stampy offers L for Leeeee x for the first attempt, him deciding on the purple painting on the hill in front of Stampy's balcony to the right and ending up falling under the target, to Stampy's disappointment. On Stampy's attempt, he instead decides to target the lime green painting on the same hill of great distance and height, determined to complete the goal, only to fail. Due to them both failing, Stampy offers a retry with the lime green painting, and on L for Leeeee x's attempt, he commits to a run-up before throwing it, ending up too high than too low, to Stampy's surprise, and his own attempt ending up too low instead.
Visiting the Love Garden, Stampy informs his viewers that he looks at a sign with someone's name on it and thanks them for doing something at the beginning of his episodes, the only real rule involved being not to ask, giving a shoutout to "PebblesDaPanda", though he also intended to give a shoutout to "Mooshroom Cow 1", "JakeOnDaXbox", "Cadbury Girl5" and "Lame Inferano", unable to fit them on the same sign in addition, for creating a recreation of Stampy's Lovely World, admiring the progress made as it is, creating his house, his shops, and even the start of Stampy's Funland, even being on it himself, finding it incredible as well as weird to be present on a world that appears to be exactly the same, but not entirely the same, aware of how long they have taken to create it as a project, thinking they had to be rewarded. About to tell L for Leeeee x of something, Stampy turns around to find him disappeared from behind his journey to the entrance of his house, only to find him already having led himself into the doghouse, to his surprise, deciding to follow him inside. However, upon entering into the doghouse, Stampy sees all of his dogs having disappeared, to his confusion, deciding to be worried about his circumstances.
Concerned, Stampy decides to search for anything pointing to their general disappearance, firstly deciding to investigate iBallisticSquid's house to accuse him, only to find his dogs absent along with him, doubting Hit The Target to be the cause due to his previous battle scaring him away. Instead, Stampy decides to check on Mittens in the Kitty Cat Condo, her presence being verified assuring him. Stampy tells her that the dogs have disappeared, asking her to use her sense of smell to find the dogs, only for her to do nothing, which he accepts as is anyway, leaving via the balcony afterwards as he decides he should be wary of possible mischief and considering the possibility of them going on holiday. Due to Larry Love's presence, Stampy wonders if he only wants his own dogs, and checks the Pick-A-Pet Pet Shop to verify Fluffy's presence, finding her to be absent as well, deciding the situation shouldn't ruin his day and he should continue to build what he had started in the previous episode, arriving at the hospital dubbed the "Caring Cat Clinic", misremembered as "Cat Care Clinic".
The burn clinic & zombie-curing room for the Caring Cat Clinic[]
Entering inside, Stampy declares that he will build as much of the interior as possible after having built the full exterior, stating that there will be four rooms, as marked with the layout of the floor below, starting to divided each room via a wall down the middle vertically, and two walls horizontally parallel to serve as a corridor in the middle of the hospital, deciding to arrange the building process in the form of himself building the outline of the walls while L for Leeeeee x builds them up so he can begin the rooms themselves, along with assigning Mittens as a guard. Beginning on the burn clinic, which is where someone who has been set on fire can heal, one can cool down, deciding on a swimming pool with ice, deciding to jump to the bottom of the back right room of the hospital to start. Underground, Stampy sees a skeleton and zombie together, killing them with himself and L for Leeeee x together. Underground, there is vacant unused ice from the lake the land is built over, deciding to gather it and position it elsewhere, advising that torches shouldn't be positioned near ice, as can be seen from torches underground melting the ice below in a plus formation.
Eventually gathering enough ice, Stampy nerdpoles up to start building the main floor, outlining the edge with blue wool to fit the water theme of the room, with the pool itself additionally planned to be arranged in the form of water-ice-wool, making the blue wool on the third layer down from the main floor. Additionally, the room will be scattered with ice to represent large ice cubes, at which point Stampy recalls the name of the room as the "Feeling Nice Healing Ice", questioning why he forms the names that he does, though he accepts it under the circumstance of whether or not it makes him laugh due to absurdity. Filling in the walls and floor of the pool, Stampy fills the ice in on the second layer, which he knows won't be seen clearly anyway due to the water. Stampy then sets up torches at the very top of the room, seeing the light difference created by the gap within the quartz slabs in the ceiling of the hallway, the gap of which is then filled in by L for Leeeee x.
Crating the main basis of the room, Stampy crafts a set of buckets and gathers water from the Jacuzzi in the Pretty Kitty, meaning the water will be warm, and will have to be cool down via the ice. In the corridor connecting each room together, Stampy creates an infinite water source, warning L for Leeeee x of its presence, using it to fill the pool with water to even it out completely, which he does eventually, filling it completely. With the main pool complete, Stampy tests it, finding it to be excruciatingly cold, and then spreads the room with ice in various formations, hoping for it not to melt, expecting it to anyway. Completing the room, he remarks it to actually appear freezing, and then crafts a door to block it from the corridor, entering in again to find water already melting and immediately blocking it up.
Moving on to the room with a green floor directly across, Stampy sees the details to have already been completed, remarking the room to be important due to it being used to cure zombie villagers to turn them into villagers again. Gathering glass from a furnace, Stampy explains the basic process in that a weakness potion and a golden apple is used on them, and then starts to create a diving glass wall, stating that he lacks villagers in his world due to make it a long time ago when villagers weren't present within the game. Creating the diving wall, Stampy explains its purpose by trapping them in order to use the curing process in automation. Turning around to read a sign from L for Leeeee x firstly, he sees it to read "cyan text door?", aware it is intended to say "next door", which he confirms to L for Leeeee x, as it's where a psychiatrist is intended to be. According to a research session he had made, Stampy found that the chosen colour is the most calming, which is why he used it in the first place.
With the zombie curing room set up, Stampy enters the opposite side of the glass to insert a dispenser facing inwards for weakness potions, and then creates space for a redstone dust trail underneath it for a button to lead towards it on the opposite side and automatically release the potion. In order to accomplish this, Stampy then sets up a platform of a line of redstone to lead to the main location of the button, which he finishes via a wooden button. With the button connecting to the dispenser, Stampy then tests it, finding that it works, but is lacking contents, requiring him to fill it with dirt for a full test, which he will actually use to store potions of weakness instead. Stampy additionally leaves an opening for the golden apple, adding in a wooden door as access in order to template an automated system via pistons to trap in the zombie villagers, intending to trap potential zombie villagers to ultimately heal them.
The medical laboratory & the therapist's room for the Caring Cat Clinic[]
Completing the room, Stampy tries to find a zombie villager, clarifying that they appear as a combination of a zombie and a villager together, unable to find any around the area and seeing a skeleton in the Pick-A-Pet Pet Shop with two creepers, deciding to return back into the hospital immediately after due to the presence of hostile mobs in excess. In the front right room of the hospital, Stampy sees L for Leeeee x having deigned the room with a nether quartz block floor and a chiseled quartz plus in the middle, a design choice he admires, deciding it as the laboratory to create the medicine lab, dubbed the "Feeling Fab Med Lab". Stampy starts by lining up the left side and back of the room with grey wool to serve as a counter to place brewing stands on top. However, requiring blaze rods to craft them, Stampy request such from L for Leeeee x, and then he crafts a cauldron to serve as a sink, as well as taking the crafting table inside.
Arranging the counter features after gaining a blaze rod from L for Leeeee x, Stampy orders the general features of the medical laboratory in the form of a cauldron, with water and a trapdoor, and a crafting table to the right of it. In order to create lab coats, he has intended for a section of leather armour to be dyed white via skeleton, killing one within the Pretty Kitty to gain its bones to eventually craft them into bonemeal. Starting with the brewing stands firstly, however, Stampy crafts five in total, arranging four on the counter and using the remaining fifth for the brewing room within his house, changing his mind and deciding for three instead. Wondering what other details he can add, Stampy decides to move on by crafting a leather tunic and leather pants in order to eventually dye them white. However, Stampy realises that chests are also a necessary for the room for science-themed materials, though he uses it for a temporary storage unit for his inventory. Eventually, Stampy dyes his armour white via the inventory, considering possibly having used iron armour as an alternative due to the colour similarities. Deeming them complete, Stampy then crafts item frames with the intention of hanging them up, along with a tripwire hook to appear as a coat hook, setting up the tripwire hook on top and arranging the lab coat in item frames underneath it, deeming the overall appearance of the room, though he considers possibly adding in extra, intending to brew various potions. Additionally, with the final room, Stampy then crafts a bed, a stair, and a set of signs to complete the basic design of the final room.
Stampy states that he intends to detail the rooms in the next episode, as well as brewing the potions, and will also form a competition to determine the employee of the month, or the "doctor of the month". Re-entering the pet shop again, Stampy sees there to be three creepers two skeletons and a spider inside of it, to his knowledge, and then ends the episode with the line "Anyway, that's the end of this video here, I wanna thank you all very much for watching, and I will see you all later. Byeeeeee!"
